This Lake community lot is very level and buildable and has a small lake view at this time. It is located one street from the waterfront street of Callender Lake Drive. This community is located on the beautiful 365 acre spring fed Callender Lake which has great fishing, swimming, boating, and so much more. The community has a children's park, lake swim area, community pier, and numerous fishing areas. Mobile homes are not allowed in this community and homes must be site built and have a minimum of 960 sq. feet. RV's are allowed for 2 weeks per month but can not be left on property full time unless it is there next to your home and used for travel and not lived in full time or pt. time.
