This golf course is a true gem in East Texas and is a wonderful opportunity to own your own course. This is a private golf course with monthly dues (green fees are available) and consist of a 9 hole golf course with multiple tee boxes so plays as an 18 hole course. The different tee boxes allow for different levels of golfers. The Par for 18 holes is 72 and consists of approximately 5,950 total yardages. The newly renovated 6,000 SF Clubhouse has multiple offices, kitchen, ballroom (with full kitchen) and bar overlooking the course.
