Currently used as a hayfield, the tax appraisal shows 20 acres, but measures less. Will need a new survey. FEMA map shows almost all in flood plain, but seller has had hay production on the property annually. The south end is bordered by a creek and woods, the remainder is open. Two sides appear to have barbed wire fencing, front is open and creek is open. The far north east corner is not in floodplain. Maps are in documents. Good place to run some cows, cut hay and possibly build a home or cabin. |
