Jessica is a lifelong resident of Kilgore. Graduating from Kilgore High School and Kilgore College, she ventured to Louisiana to further pursue her education. Jessica is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication.
In 2019, she was recognized as one of the 30 Under 30 REALTORS® for the National Association of REALTOR® Magazine. In 2014, Jessica was named Rookie of the Year and as REALTOR® of the Year for 2018 for the Longview Area Association of REALTORS®. In 2017, she was honored to be the recipient of the Kilgore Chamber of Commerce “Rising Star” award for Women in Business. Jessica is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas REALTORS®, Greater Tyler Association of REALTORS®️ and the Longview Area Association of REALTORS®. She serves on the TR YPN Committee as Chairman, and on the Board of Directors for the Longview Area Association of REALTORS® as Immediate Past Chairman.
She is a graduate of Leadership Kilgore and Henderson. Jessica's designations and certifications include Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Graduate of REALTOR® Institute (GRI), e-Pro, Texas Residential Leasing Specialist (TRLS), Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR), and she is a 2021 graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP). In 2017, she earned her Broker’s license and started East Texas Preferred Properties with her husband and fellow REALTOR® Greg Holmes. With a unique background in banking, customer service, clerical, small business administration and marketing, Jessica is ready to assist you with your real estate needs!
