John was born and raised in Tyler, TX and has lived in Bullard since 2012. He has been married to his wife Kaci since 2004 and together they have a daughter named Skylar and a son named Ryder. John has an associates degree in Fire Science from Kilgore College and has been a professional firefighter since 2008. He's currently a full time firefighter with the Tyler Fire Department. He enjoys RV camping with his wife and kids and traveling anywhere tropical every chance he gets. He spends most of his time off watching his kids play sports and helping coach his son's baseball team. He is the owner of a successful commercial Christmas light business as well as a swimming pool maintenance service. He is now focusing on growing his real estate career with his wife Kaci.

Kaci was born and raised in Tyler, TX and was a graduate of Whitehouse High school. In 2004 she married her high school sweetheart John, who is a firefighter and a realtor for East Texas Preferred Properties. Kaci and John have teamed up to grow their real estate careers together. They have two children together, Skylar and Ryder. They love to travel together in their RV or any place with a beach. She is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoys watching her children play all of their sports. She graduated from Tyler Junior College with an Associates Degree in Nursing.
